When I learned years ago that autism is not a genetic disease that cannot be treated or that cancer has specific causes and can be treated in other ways than through cutting, poisoning and radiation, my view of the world was literally flipped upside down.
This will be my first post that is not based on my personal experience. However, it is based on years of reading, observing and listening to stories of people who have recovered from cancer in a more or less natural manner. And those who have not recovered.
When I was still in elementary school, the word ‘cancer’ was always whispered and was rare enough to always send chills up my spine. Today hardly a week goes by without someone asking me for advice because they have cancer and these people are getting younger. Even children are born with tumors! This is unbeliebable.
It’s pretty apparent that something has changed in less than one generation. In the early 21st century, cancer has become a plague that affects everyone.
I want this post to give people hope and explore potential avenues. You should not take all off them at the same time, but rather choose what is realistically possible to implement in given circumstances.
Cancer is a sign
Chris Wark, who recovered from colon cancer at the age of 26 without chemotherapy or radiation therapy, says that a ‘cancer’ diagnosis is a message from your body that what you are currently doing is self-destructive.
Your lifestyle is killing you.
At first glance, it looks like an accusation, but upon reflection it can be extremely liberating.
This is because the sense of agency works both ways, i.e. it does make you feel guilty for a while, but at the same time it allows you to change the situation by correcting your behavior. Give yourself a chance. Try something else.
Such a feeling will never arise from a diagnosis of an oncologist, such as ‘it’s genetic’, ‘nothing can be done’, ‘immediate hospitalization and then chemotherapy’, or ‘you have 3 months’.
Personally, I would rather know that I am doing something wrong and try to fix it than to be pushed into a rut of powerlessness and be at the mercy of all sorts of hospital specialists.
Cancer is not an infection, it does not come from the outside, it was produced by our own body.
Cancer cells are normal, tumors are not.
Damaged cells should have either repaired themselves or died and been excreted by the immune system.
However, the fact that some of these cells mutate and start to multiply uncontrollably to create tumors means that the immune system is inefficient. There’s something it can’t handle.
Therefore, if I was diagnosed with ‘cancer’, I would think of the 4 main needs of my body, which I certainly must have neglected in one way or another.
I would decide that I immediately need to:
1. detoxify my body
2. feed my body
3. get more oxygen
4. calm down (sleep, rest, reconcile with my family, forgive, reconcile with God)
then the body can be relieved of stress and equipped with everything it needs to self-repair, and there are hundreds of ways to satisfy each of these needs.
All of this would have to happen immediately – i.e. a healthy person can afford to make some mistakes and not stricly adhere to pro-health behaviors. A sick person must aggressively (within reason) change his or her entire lifestyle, diet, relationships, and spirituality …
What is cancer?
Cancer cells, i.e. those in which apoptosis (expiry date) is switched off so they try to live forever and multiply indefinitely, are formed in every organism all the time. We all have them, every day. It is our immune system’s role to track and eliminate such defective cells. When this system is overloaded, e.g. because it is trying to get rid of the toxins flooding it, or when it’s inefficient, because, for example, the body has serious nutrient deficiencies, then these defective cells begin to multiply and an uphill battle begins.
Dr. Tennpenny says that a disease is either a deficiency or an excess of something, or a combination of the two. She usually means an excess of toxins, including toxic relationships and thoughts, and a deficiency of nutrients, especially microelements that the body needs to function properly.
The basic principle of combating any disease, but cancer above all, is to treat it faster than it can beat the sick person. So you won’t always succeed or act aggressively enough, you won’t always do what is necessary, you won’t always have enough time. Sometimes it is simply too late to do anything, because the body is already too damaged. Therefore, it is important to try to pinpoint the source of the problem (e.g. toxins) as precisely as possible and eliminate it while supporting the body in self-healing.
Classical medicine sees cancer as a linear phenomenon – the discovered tumor can only grow.
But there is also the phenomenon of spontaneous remission when tumors disappear and the patient recovers.
I would prefer to know that I can deliberately help such a remission 😉.
Epigenetics
There is also the extremely comforting issue of epigenetics, i.e. gene expression.
This topic is endless but absolutely fascinating so I sincerely encourage you to at least skim the surface.
You can find out, for example, that depending on the conditions, genes can be ‘turned on’ and ‘off’, that for the most part we are not limited by what is damaged in them. That depending on the lifestyle, some people with a damaged gene get cancer, for instance, and others do not.
Remember Erin Brockovich? Even in Hinckley not everyone got sick, although the exposure to toxic chromium in the water definitely contributed to cancer in a significant portion of the population around the plant. Does this mean they all had the same damaged gene? No. They were all exposed to poisons for many years and a significant number of them could not handle it.
Some scientists have proven that no more than 5% of cancers are genetic in nature, but the damaged gene does not necessarily make a person sick, which is why it always hurts me to hear for example about healthy women amputating their breasts ‘just in case’. Twins have an increased risk of developing the same type of cancer, which they can significantly reduce by changing their lifestyle.
So life choices do matter. The sum of all the small decisions accumulated over the years may or may not result in a hospitable environment for diseases.
Where do you think this cancer comes from?
It’s a good idea to look calmly at your own life and habits – many people say that they almost immediately knew what, at least partially, contributed to their illness (stress, cigarettes, heavy metals, toxic fumes from a sprayed field, dirty water, a phone carried in the pocket of their pants, long conversations through a Bluetooth handset, being resentful for years, etc.)
The belief that cancer is random ties our hands and makes us a victim that is at the mercy of oncology.
I’d rather sit back and listen to my intuition.
Ask myself if I want to live.
Because if I were ready to die, I would like to make the most of my last few days.
However, if I wanted to take responsibility for my current condition and fight to improve it, it would require a complete sacrifice and zero excuses. In a serious situation, only serious measures can produce serious results.
Remember: there is not one single thing (except maybe a true miracle) that will cure you of cancer. If you want to recover, you’re facing at least 2 years of a serious struggle to make further lifestyle changes.
Some claim that all our cells are replaced completely every 7 years, others that this happens even more often. Either way, with each passing day, we can either deliberately build a new, healthy body or keep destroying it through neglect.
Once again, do not ignore the power of the sum of small decisions. The bad ones and the good ones.
So what poisons us?
- water – the treated tap water is never tested for the presence of pesticides that flow from fields into rivers, for hormones from contraceptives or for a number of other harmful substances, such as Domestos and dishawasher gel(!),
- air – polluted with cigarette smoke, heavy smog, fumes from factories, etc.,
- highly processed, dead food – white sugar, white flour, refined oil, trans fats in general, food colorings, preservatives, GMO foods, fast foods, carbonated drinks, aspartame and similar sweeteners, i.e. most products created in factories that follow the principle ‘the longer the shelf life, the shorter the consumer’s life’,
- burnt animal fat – it’s not uncommon to hear about cases of lung cancer in people who don’t smoke but often barbecue and inhale fumes,
- ingested plastic – from bottled water, carton liners, tin cans, utensils made from black plastic, etc. itd…
- parasites – Hulda Clark even claimed that there is a bug or mold behind every cancer,
- heavy metals – present in sea water (fish!), rainwater, vegetables, pots, canned food, implants,
- amalgams – silver fillings that contain 50% mercury, which is constantly released into the organism in trace amounts, but still amounts that count and eventually end up in the brain, lymph nodes, etc.
- infected teeth, especially root canals – manynaturopathssay that they do not see any effects of treatment until all amalgam fillings and root canals are safely removed,
- pesticides, herbicides, fungicides – after recent verdicts against Monsanto I don’t think anyone claims Roundup is harmless anymore,
- household chemicals – washing powders, softeners (we are surrounded by fabrics 24/7), floor cleaners, Pronto-type sprays (what’s that for???); mosquito repellents,
- hygiene products – tampons, sanitary pads, but also diapers include the entire periodic table,
- cosmetics – about 40-60% of ingredients penetrate deep into the body through the skin, so if you apply several or a dozen different products every day, and each of them contains toxins, then… you better learn to read their ingredients,
- perfumes – often contain unspecified ingredients described only as ‘parfum’ and really nasty preservatives,
- antiperspirants – it’s difficult to understand why oncologists ridicule them especially since they clearly interfere with the process of lymp nodedetoxification and by simply stopping to use them you can experience unusual problems, which I write about in my blog post https://anna-bee.com/en/blog/how-to-switch-to-a-natural-deotorant/
- medications – many of them are harmful for the liver and thus impair the body’s ability to cleanse itself of toxins, and some of them, such as artificial hormones, are officially konwn to increase the risk of certain cancers – you need to read the leaflets!
- home furnishings, paints, fumes from plywood, varnishes, formaldehyde that can evaporate from new fitted carpets for up to 2 years after manufacture; pans and pots,
- toxic fumes from adhesives and plastics in new cars (some rich people only buy used cars because they get unbearable migraines from the factory-fresh stench); it is also not a good idea to sleep above the garage,
- petroleum-based products, especially candles – if you like candles, use only those made from real beeswax,
- electromagnetic fields whose intensity and strength are not appropriate – for example, the closer you are to a GSM transmitter, the higher your risk to develop certain forms of cancer, the same is also true of a phone worn close to your body, especially when talking and using Wi-Fi, it is FORBIDDEN to sleep with your phone on next to your bed!
- ionizing radiation – not only after a nuclear power plant explosion, but also as a result of overexposure to X-rays (especially during mammography and CT scans, which, depending on the examined area, can consist of up to several hundred X-rays at once),
- chronic stress – bad relationships, anxiety, and rejection are the indisputable cause of many psychosomatic diseases and cancer is no exception,
- no excercise – lymph stasis causes the accumulation of toxins.
IMPORTANT! If more than one person has been diagnosed with cancer in your home, it is a good idea to look for a source of toxins in the house, the area or obviously the diet of the household members, but if the poisoning is caused by the building itself or its location (e.g. next to a factory, overhead power line, GSM transmitter, etc.) it may turn out that the healthiest option is to move out.
The more effectively and quickly you manage to reduce or eliminate the sources of toxicity mentioned above (which is by no means a complete list), the sooner you will increase your chances of recovery.
And of course, for those who are healthy and do not want to get sick – the less of the aforementioned sources of toxins in our daily lives, the greater the chances of staying in good shape.
A healthy lifestyle + the limitation of the inflow of toxins = minimization of the risk of cancer
What deficiencies should be supplemented first?
- vitamin C – there is a good reason why everyone has heard about it in this context, large doses have a strong antioxidative effect, they help detoxify and oxygenate the body (the best effects are produced by combining intravenous infusions with oral supplementation); people in advanced stages can take up to 100 grams of ascorbic acid per day without the slightest symptoms of saturation, such great is their internal struggle as well as their needs and deficiencies;
- B17 (amygdalin) – present in seeds, especially bitter apricot seeds (World without cancer),
- selenium – a powerful antioxidant described by dr Joel Wallach as a guaranteed deficiency in cancer patients,
- vitamin D – its deficiency increases the risk of cancer,
- iodine – deficiencies are common in cancers of the organs that use it the most, i.e. the uterus, breasts, stomach, prostate and thyroid, we always combine it with selenium and salt (e.g. following the procedure devised by dr Brownstein);
- germanium – always administered by dr Wallach, I’m also not sure if it’s readily available but if I can’t find something, I always check in stores for horses – it raises the number of T antibodies, B lymphocytes and increases the production of interferon,
- vitamin E – a powerful antioxidant,
- full spectrum of trace minerals – preferably in colloidal form, which is more bioavailable,
- chlorophyll – leafy greens, seaweed,
- good, fresh fats – e.g. dr Budwig’s diet is based on flaxseed oil,
- bacteria and enzymes from living, “real food” – fermented foods, vinegar, yogurt,
- fruits that have anti-cancer properties, such as graviola,
- herbs are worth considering – both local and imported ones, such as the Essiac blend,
- it might also be a good idea to enrich your diet with adaptogens (turmeric, cinnamon; reishi mushrooms, lion’s mane mushroom),
- there is also a lot of benefits in increasing your the levels of cannabinoids (CBD oils or pastes).
I deliberately avoid specifying the dosage – supplementation should be carried out by someone who first prescribes adequate tests, and then properly interprets them in order to recommend specific supplements.
Above all, however, you should eat, or even overeat real food, not from the factory, but food that grew in good, clean soil and under the sun.
Views on diet can vary and there are also different metabolic types – some won’t thrive without carbohydrates, others won’t become healthier without meat, and still others need dairy products – I personally think that you should first get rid of all the toxic ingredients and listen to your body or start a specific diet, such as those designed by Budwig or Gerson, then observe the results and possibly modify it according to your needs. It would be best to find a knowledgeable person to take care of you.
How to detoxify and increase your blood oxygen level?
- true hydration of the body – pure water with microelements or a pinch of real salt (from Kłodawa or pink salt) – there is no cleansing without water,
- walks in the sun (D3), in the forest (ions, soothing noise), and by the sea (iodine and noise and D3 🙂)
- deep breathing – it’s funny that we have to learn to breathe properly, but there are breathing techniques that are worth learning (e.g. The Wim Hof Method),
- green juices – freshly squeezed from leafy greens, e.g. celery juice promoted by Medical Medium has had great reviews,
- chlorella, seaweed (kelp) – in general, it is worth overdosing on chlorophyll 🙂
- ozone therapy – in the form of IV drips, injections
- hydrogen peroxide – intravenous infusions, salt baths, inhalation therapy, especially in the case of lung cancer;
- hyperbaric / normobaric chamber – today you can even buy one and sleep in it – I talked to the co-founder of Hipermedico, whose business partner had good results in one type of cancer, but I don’t remember which type exactly,
- vitamin C – intravenously and orally,
- MSM – detoxifies and oxygenates,
- essential oils – diffused in air (especially frankincense oil, which some people even use sublingually in brain tumors, because it is the only one that supposedly crosses the blood-brain barrier),
- ‘moving the lymph’ – walking, exercising in general, but also jumping or rocking on a trampoline for a few minutes every day; it could also be beneficial to consulta a prefessional osteopath, who can improve the flow of lymph and thus its detoxification,
- sweating – intense exercise and/or saunas (no antiperspirants!)
- intestinal cleansing – e.g. hydrotherapy of the colon, and if on the Gerson therapy, several coffee enemas a day;
- liver flush – especially in combination with deworming
- removal of toxins from the digestive system – one can use clays (bentonite, zeolite), but also, for example, activated carbon (you need to drink a lot, because they dehydrate)
- It is also SUPER IMPORTANT to remove toxins from the home, car and workplace, especially if we suspect mold – consider buying and using an ozonator regularly.
Fasting is also worth mentioning – many people start their fight against serious diseases by fasting. A couple days of fasting or, for example, a 7-day fruit juice fast is attainable for most people and it helps to relieve the body and set it on a self-healing track.
How to calm down?
It is certainly challenging to stop being afraid when you are fighting a potentially fatal disease.
While it might not be possible to accept the diagnosis and prognosis, you need to take care of your own well-being, i.e.
- let go of a grudge that you are holding (a grudge is like poison that you take hoping that it will harm the other person 😉) – sometimes you have to forgive someone who is no longer alive;
- let it go,
- get enough sleep – CBD can help a lot, melatonin is said to be anti-cancer,
- laugh – laughter increases immunity,
- slow down – do things you didn’t have time for before,
- go for walks, practice grounding by e.g. walking barefoot,
- rebuild friendships and reconnect with old acquaintances – being among nice, inspiring people adds vigor and reduces the feeling of loneliness,
- be grateful – focus on what is good,
- get important things in order – chaos can be exhausting,
- reconcile with God, believe that recovery is possible – healthy spirituality lifts the body and increases the strength of the spirit, and the placebo effect is probably more spiritual and energetic than it might seem and I don’t mean the shamanic version.
Why wouldn’t I opt for cutting, poisoning and radiation?
Because a tumor is not the cause, but a symptom. Integrative oncologists generally agree that apart from situations in which the tumor presses on the arteries or some important organ and poses a direct threat to life, it is not dangerous in itself.
When the body creates a cancer-unfriendly environment, cancer cells turn on apoptosis again and begin to eliminate themselves, and tumors disappear over time.
In the absolute majority of cases, there is no need to see a surgeon.
Chemotherapy is highly toxic, it destroys all cells, not just cancerous ones, and for me the idea of poisoning myself and expecting health is difficult to understand. It destroys the immune system, which is a key player in cancer treatment. Chemotherapy can make cancer cells become resistant to chemotherapeutics and attack the body more virulently. It can also permanently damage the brain, nervous system, hearing and all organs, including the liver, kidneys and bladder.
When I hear people praising chemo, I know that someone has not read the leaflet.
Radiotherapy, on the other hand, is radiation which we know to be harmful, and whose side effects cannot be predicted because they are different for different people. However, we know that this radiation damages DNA, causes burns and cancer (sic!). It also seriously weakens your immunity. The resulting damage to the heart or lungs may not become apparent until years later.
I don’t think that even a shortened list of side effects would encourage me to undergo these treatments, but if it did, I would definitely take massive doses of vitamin C, I would look for the possibility of taking it intravenously, because the experience of many people shows that it clearly reduces the side effects of both chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and we already know that it helps the body to heal faster after surgeries.
Statistics show that people who have undergone all conventional forms of cancer therapy have about 2 years to live from the moment of diagnosis, and people who do nothing and just go home have… two years of life 🙂
However, the difference in the comfort of living between the former and the latter is incomparable.
So I think that instead of weakening the body with poisoning, cutting and radiation, I would prefer to focus as much as possible on strengthening the body, which gives it the best chance of survival, better comfort of living, and permanent recovery.

In conclusion, I will give you a list of therapies that I have read about in recent years and I have reasons to suspect that each of them is effective.
I think that apart from removing toxins from the diet and the environment, feeding the body, oxygenating and calming down, I would use a combination of at least a few of them in such a way that they are not mutually exclusive.
- Vitamin B-17 (amygdalin) – Edward Griffin ‘A World Without Cancer’,
- Vitamin C (megadoses) – e.g. Cathcart,
- Vitamin D3 – probably needs no introduction,
- Iodine (Prostate, Breast, Uterine, Stomach, Thyroid Cancer) – Dr. Brownstein
- ESSIAC – Indian herbs with an extraordinary history,
- amalgams and possibly root canals – Weston Price, Hal Huggins
- Gerson therapy – freshly squeezed juices and coffee enemas (in fact it requires the assistance of another person),
- Dr Budwig’s diet – linseed oil with cottage cheese
- Hulda Clark – A Parasite Zapper and a free PDF of her book, though I’m not sure if it’s officially free
- Dr. Burzynski and his antineoplastons (therapy in the USA)
- Chris Beat Cancer – an overdose of fresh juices,
- Terry Chamberlain – he has given me good advice many times, and has been dealing with naturopathy for over 20 years, he describes many cases in which even stage IV cancer in his patients was cured, among others, with the use of ‘hectoliters’ of ionic silver (10 ppm) from a home generator – the files and Terry himself are available on the The Natural Health Library group on FB,
- CBD pastes and oils – Rick Simpson RSO, lecture by Ms. Ewa Gryt from Dobre Konopie,
- MSM – especially in combination with vitamin C, detoxifies and oxygenates,
- Dr. Simoncini (an Italian oncologist who lost his medical license) – baking soda and maple syrup therapy, which is based on the observation that cancer cells consume up to 10 times more sugar than healthy cells and that each tumor is acidic, and patients have an overgrowth of the Candida Albicans fungus – supposedly effective in cancers of the entire digestive system, very popular 10 years ago due to its super low price, among other things,
- infrared sauna and baths in brines, especially magnesium – as an aid in the removal of toxins,

MTHFR mutation – can lead to the impairment of the body’s ability to convert fat-soluble toxic substances (which are the most poisonous, they stay in the body) into water-soluble substances, which are easy for the body to remove while urinating. And this inability of the body to cleanse itself, e.g. of heavy metals, leads to further mutations in the form of cancer, - Jerzy Zięba’s ‘Hidden Therapies’ – a book that opened the eyes of many Poles, there is also a group on FB, but unfortunately it’s not very useful, because it is already too large and there is a race to give any answer 🙂 as soon as possible

Myślę, że oprócz usunięcia toksyn z diety i otoczenia, nakarmienia się, dotlenienia i wyciszenia, zastosowałabym połączenie co najmniej kilku z nich w takim układzie, żeby się wzajemnie nie wykluczały.
